How to download images from the WATRC sets on Flickr

The links above are to photos from the 2008 / 2009 season, taken by digital camera at a resolution of 3888 x 2592 pixels (10 megapixels - files compressed to 3.5 - 5.5 megabytes). These photos are hosted on the Flickr photo sharing website. There are links below to past seasons, or you can browse through through the individual sets, or the various collections.

To download any image, click on the image in the set (e.g. below left, step 1), and then in the page that opens (e.g. below middle), click on the "All sizes" link (step 2). In the next page that opens will be links to the different sizes (e.g. below right), right click the size you want (step 3) and select "Save target as..." (step 4). For prints or cropping we recommend you download the "Original" size.
 

Terms and Conditions of use

Club members, competitors, their friends and families are welcome to download images for personal non-commercial use - there is no charge for this. If you want prints, you must arrange this yourself. We suggest you take a copy of the image you've downloaded to any digital photo processor or kiosk, or pint it yourself at home.

For non-commercial publication (e.g. on a personal website or in a club newsletter) it is a courtesy to either acknowledge the photographer or provide a link to the source photo on Flickr.

Using the photo to help sell your horse (e.g. on Trademe) is accepted as a non-commercial use provided you're not a dealer, but a reference or link back to this page on the club website will be appreciated.

For commercial use, please contact the WATRC webmaster before publishing.
